Reilly Universal Black Magic Primer. is an improved dispersion-type, fast drying coal
tar primer designed to develop a bond with all Reilly hot-applied coal tar enamels.
The Universal Black Magic Primer is an improvement over previous formulations of
coal tar primer, giving uniformly reliable and superior behavior characteristics. When
properly applied with 230-A, AWWA (types I and II) and hot service Enamels, A strong
bond with metal surfaces will result. This primer conforms to AWWA Specification
C-203 for Type A Primer. |
